Who am I?

“ Hi I am Saraina Lewis, but everyone calls me “Rain”. I know what it means to face pain head-on. As a combat veteran, I’ve walked through trauma myself—and it’s what led me to become a counselor. I believe healing is possible for everyone, no matter how heavy the past feels.

My approach combines trauma-informed care with a systematic, proven process that helps uncover and release the layers of pain that often keep us stuck. Together, we work at your pace to move beyond survival, discover your truth, and reclaim a sense of peace and purpose.

You don’t have to carry your story alone. I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal and grow—not just in your mind, but in your body and spirit too.”

Brainspotting

One of the core methods we use is Brainspotting, a powerful, neuroscience-based therapy that helps the brain and body process unresolved trauma, stress, and emotional pain. By locating “brainspots” connected to unprocessed experiences, Brainspotting allows your nervous system to release stored trauma in a gentle, organic way. Many clients describe it as accessing a deeper level of healing that talk therapy alone can’t always reach.
In addition to Brainspotting, we draw from somatic and mindfulness-based approaches to help you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom. Together, these methods support lasting change by reducing overwhelm, fostering resilience, and building healthier patterns for the future.
Our goal is to walk alongside you as you move from surviving to thriving—helping you feel more present, connected, and empowered in your daily life.
